Quotes & pricing

Prices shown by our instant-quote tool are estimates only. Your final price is confirmed before service once we understand the size and condition of the space. Estimates are not binding offers.

Booking, scheduling & access

When you book, you agree to provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time. If we can’t access the property or the scope differs materially from what you described, additional charges or rescheduling may apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give us reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule. Specific notice windows and any fees will be confirmed when you book.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you’re not satisfied with a clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at booking. You agree to pay the confirmed price for services rendered.

Liability

We carry insurance and take care in your home. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or our services means you accept the current version.
